Advice from a Blonde: Avoid Brown-Nosing

About two months ago, my boss resigned from the company to pursue another opportunity.  Well, on Monday, the new guy showed up. 

It isn’t surprising that the people in the office that never work are the ones that are on top of everything this week and shoving their nose so far up the new boss’s butt that I am pretty sure they can no longer see daylight.  But it’s only a matter of time before the honeymoon period wears off and he sees them for who they are —- slackers who have nothing better to do than tattle on people who make a small mistake (when they don’t ever make mistakes because they are not technically responsible for doing anything — therefore, can always blame someone else for a mistake when it happens). 

Brown-nosing is never a good idea.  You know why?  Because eventually the person you are sucking up to will see right through everything you have done, and you’ll look like the idiot! 

I can’t wait for that day to come …. it’s going to be fabulous.
